The website offers photography-related services, including but not limited to photo shoots, digital editing and the sale of photo prints and licenses. Please note that there is a small possibility of image loss that may occur with certain formats, depending on the photo size and ratio.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in advance of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment can be made via the payment methods indicated on the website.
4. Copyright and Use of Photos
All photographs taken by the photographer remain the intellectual property of the photographer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
It is not allowed to reproduce, edit or resell the photos without the photographer's permission.
5. Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. A fee may be charged for later cancellations.
Changes to the appointment may be made by mutual agreement, subject to availability.
6. Liability
The photographer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the photos.
In case of technical problems or force majeure, an alternative solution will be offered in consultation.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for the performance of the services.

8. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions.
The website reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions. Changes will be published on the website and take effect immediately.
9. Applicable LawThe laws of the Netherlands shall govern these general terms and conditions. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
