Regret your purchase? That can happen. Within the period of 30 days you may return products to us. In case of any damage or an unstamped shipment, we may charge a fee. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods

Once you see via the Track & Trace code that your return has been received at our warehouse, you can expect the return payment to be credited to your account within 10 business days. However, this is always at the latest within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. However, we may wait to refund you until we have received the products. We refund via the payment method you chose during ordering. If you return the entire order, we will refund the entire purchase price including any shipping costs paid. Any shipping costs will not be refunded if you keep part of the order.

What must my return comply with?
Below are the conditions we set for returns. It is important to keep these in mind if you wish to receive the full return payment. It is possible that we withhold part of the return amount if the return does not meet the conditions below.

- Sufficient postage;

- Within the trial period of 30 days after delivery, the product must be returned;

- The product must be returned undamaged;

- The product has no traces of use;

- We ask that you include the order number prominently with the return shipment;

- If you return the entire order, you will receive a full refund including any shipping costs.​
